we're here um on a farm in Oxford [ __ ]
um and we're really excited to we had a
tour around the farm we learned all
about the regen a practices that they're
doing here um we had a we obviously had
a talk by the farmer um we had a talk by
edos by Mike Harrington um and then we
had a talk by Alex Godfrey who's um head
of natural Capital at savil and then we
had a talk by toos um from Arif which
was super interesting so what I love
today was the framing this was all about
building a more resilient agricultural
um system it was all focused on
regenerative agriculture the second
chapter of that was about the carbon
that's the cherry on top that's the
bonus from farming with nature and with
climate we're at the top end of carbon
with a Greener and as Agronomy company
we what we're trying to do is to bring
it all together to understand that we
have a holistic system's approach the
way arli works is by spraying it on the
foliage so we will stick on the foliage
and this is where we produce the nitrate
we're working as well with agrina we're
trying to register the technology so
that creates carbon credits h and has a
very clear profitability for the farmer
what I love about a green really is that
it gives us an opportunity to talk about
carbon as being an important element
more so than
nitrogen and that gets people thinking
about how we develop systems and change
the way we Farm farmers are definitely
really engaged in this carbon farming
subject um we had a really great
question on insetting versus offsetting
um and how that might affect the farm
going forward as they start to work with
their supply
